My twitter is not running as well as before, the translator does not work, and most videos can't play.

No, your data will be stored in twitter central servers but not in apps. So you can uninstall and instal with out any fear.

Unless you unfollow them I doubt it will happen. They should still show up on twitter.com. If you have an app it's best to ask the app maker about this problem. https://support.twitter.com/
