i cant stop going on facebook!!! i think i need to restrict the times i go on it! i work on the pc and cant stop going back to fb numerous times a day!! wtf! lol wat to do!!!!?
erm just read that now cause i was checking messages on fb! haha
erm i think i need to only go on it for 15 mins am and 15 minutes pm!

block the URL or IP in your firewall policy so it won't let you access the page.

Have someone reduce your time or delete everything or your whole page entirely. Or find something else to do more fun. Like draw or something!

i felt the same wayy but no worries i have a solution. so this might sound crazy but it works...delete all your good friends that you talk to and stuff on fb. before you do it tell them why though only for a month or so. you will get board without friends on fb. then after the month if it worked you can do the same but maybe get SOME of your friends back and go on 1 a week. as you get used to it you can add more friends and spend longer time without facebook. good luck... hope it helped!
