Why won't certain buttons on YouTube (when trying to edit things) work in my CHROME browser?

Is that not bizarre or what?! When I try to edit playist settings, or edit the name of my playlist, it's like when I press the button to change, nothing at all happens! This is while using the Chrome browser. So I tried using it on Internet Explorer and it actually works on there! Is Google that lame that certain buttons won't work on THEIR OWN BROWSER, but will work on another?! And my browser is up to date, btw. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?
It's only certain things I try to edit (some other things I try to edit the buttons will work, oddly enough)
No, never put any extensions on it. Btw this problem is only recent, just the past week that it happened.

Do you have any extensions added to Chrome? Some might interfere with scripting. Try disabling them one by one to find the culprit.
