The same way you buy any other item on eBay ... you place a bid and hope that you're the highest bidder when the auction ends. Don't bid more than you're willing to pay. The bidding is already up to $25, so you'll need to bid at least $26.

If you don't have a Paypal account, you'll need to set that up first. Just go to Paypal and follow their prompts.

Exactly what the other responder stated. You cannot pay for an auction item straight away until the auction has ended and if you are the winning bidder. Paypal is the easiest and most widely used payment method on ebay. You cannot pay via money order anymore on ebay.
