How to use eBay for selling?
I dont have a PayPal or a credit card and I doubt it's straight up cash. There's also shipping and handling. I'm not so sure how it works or if someone under 18 can use it.

Ebay don't allow sellers under 18, or buyers for that matter. Buying and selling on ebay are legal commitments, so you need to be an adult.

Once you're 18, you can open a Paypal account and start selling.

Perhaps a parent or older friend would sell for you?
