Laptop is connected to internet. But there is no access?

I have a lenovo Thinkpad x1 carbon type 3444-2DU S/N r/9 - TP30D 12/10

Recently, Some internet problems are being experience.

The laptop is connected to the internet and in Network Connections ,it shows "Internet Access" when the mouse is hovered over the presently connected WIFI Network. I try to access the Internet via the Brrowser. But it keeps on saying No Network Access.

I have tried 3 Different browsers (Opera, Google Chrome and Internet explorer). But nothing still.

I have skype installed on my computer and i can use It (internet access) and Magic Jack as well.

Can i get some help please??

you should try it

Change the IP configurations
Start Search box, type cmd, then write ipconfig/release
you will wait a few seconds and the write ipconfig/renew
