I'm addicted to instagram and I'm on it like all day long and if a picture isn't perfect I will go insane so I always post a picture and delete it a hour later if its not perfect and I just love seeing that heart come up on the screen and if I don't get likes I'll get depressed I need help this instagram is ruining my life but I can't stay off for more than an hourrr!!!! Omg help!?!?

Im the exact same way. Were just in love with instagram i guess. Maybe you should try to give your self a limit for posts per day. That always works for me.
