say if i got my ip adress as link
how can i back link this to i dont know
http://www.facebook.com
or something more realistic
instead of numbers

You need to register a domain (it's not free, but it's still pretty cheap). Then you need to purchase a static IP address from your Internet Service Provider (otherwise, your IP address may change at any moment). Then you need to set that domain to point to your IP address.
