I dont use twitter nor instagram?

I am 18, in college now. Almost everyone I have met in college has instagram and twitter.
Is it weird/awkward for teen not to use such social platform nowadays?

Nope, they are all boring and pointless unless u take a million photos and feel the need to send a small sentence to as many people as humanly possible

No its not. I know alot of teens that do. But its easier to connect with your friends that way.

In fact, I think it's weirder that people feel the need to share the inane details of their boring little lives on social networking sites

I dont have one and dont plan on getting one, they're a waste of time I could be using to do several other things. Most people dont really have anything interesting to post on those sites besides their mundane lives.
