The site you have referenced appears to be about franchising, not online marketing and certainly not SEO. There are spelling errors in the banners as well so if it is a legit company it isn't a very professional one!

If you're looking for good SEO services it is actually quite easy to find what you need: go to Google (or your search engine of choice) and type in "SEO UK" or "search engine optimisation UK" (or SEO "where you are," wherever it is)!

Whichever firm you find at the top of the listings (be sure to ignore the paid ads though!!) are probably pretty darn good at SEO since they've managed to use search optimisation techniques to boost their own site to the top.

You could also try searching by your industry, for example if your site is eCommerce (online shop) try searching for "eCommerce SEO" or "online shop SEO."

NEVER go for an SEO agency that promises "top position" for keywords or something stupid like that, with modern personalised search that is rubbish. Sensible, modern SEO will use what is referred to as "white hat" sustainable techniques to boost your site's traffic and not get constantly slapped by search engine algorithm updates by using nasty shortcuts or tricks.

Some good questions to ask:
- Who actually does the work? Do they have in-house staff or do they outsource to cheap companies or link farms in places like India?
- What is their reporting format? A legitimate, professional SEO company should provide regular updates to its clients along with written reports where possible.
- What are their skills and qualifications? Look at their client lists for number of clients, any recognisable names etc. See if they have anyone who is Analytics qualified.
- See what else they do. Are they primarily a web design agency who outsource SEO as a reseller service? Ideally you want an online marketing specialist so you know you'll get a good quality service.

Above all I'd say go with your gut! An SEO or online marketer can be critical to your business if they are good at what they do, so speak to someone on the phone and ask tons and tons of questions.

Remember you'll get a natural boost from modern search engines if your website is
- well designed, clear and attractive to look at
- full of good content which isn't spammy or useless to people
- error free and easy to use

Don't pay lots of money for SEO, it's quite simple.
Write quality content, make sure that all your title and page title tags are accurate, use 3-4 of your keywords in your content and get lots of backlinks from social media and relevant comment postings on blogs and forums. There is a tool which analyses your site and identifies any title tag errors or keyword issues. It costs leass than #2 per month and I've used it for a number of sites. Try it http://www.securepaynet.net/search-engin..._id=484288
