How can I get the pretty girl?

I'm a junior in high school and i'm infatuated with the most most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my entire life shes a freshman, beautiful, brilliant, she goes to church (which means she is kind) and shes blonde!! the problem is i don't know her i just know of her cause she is my friend's cousin and me and him aren't really close friends and shes so beautiful and i'm so 7.5 I believe anyway I've never had a girlfriend before and I would really love to start with her so guys any advice on how to get the girl for an inexperienced love sick teenager?

Try to become friends first and see where that takes you(: I know it's cliche advice but really. If you like her, start talking to her and gain her trust.

3. When she does things in a group, make sure you are there. You don't have to shine, just be there.
4. If she has a telephone number, Facebook page, or similar way to communicate, ask for it.

You shouldn't like someone because of their appearance. And why blond? And I know plenty of really mean people who go to church, also some people that don't and are some of the kindest people I've met. But you should talk to her, befriend her. But don't become good friends, she might put you in the friend zone. Eventually, if she likes you too, she will start showing signs, like flirting, always trying to look better when she meets you, twirling hair, smiling a lot, laughing at your jokes (it helps if you have a good sense of humor) etc. She may not do all of these things but, you will sense she is being more flirty. Now don't assume friendly means flirty. That is a big mistake many people make. But once she is flirting, work up the courage to ask her to the movies. If you are worried she will say no, make it a group thing. Good Luck!!
