what does it mean if a guy on facebook says hi and you say hi, but they don't reply back?
there is this kid in my school, he just knows me just from seeing me in the hallways. he has never talked to me before. my old friends also told me i would be perfect with him. I don't have a crush on him. Was the message most likely a mistake, or on purpose?

It was on purpose but he's shy or he's just being friendly.
He probably likes you but doesn't know how to tell you.
