Website Domain Purchasing Help?

So I recently bought a domain from crazydomains.com and they e-mailed me back saying they needed the credit card number again and photo ID (they said it was a random check for authorization) I told them I was a 14 year old girl and just using my fathers credit card. They e-mailed me back and said "I have escalated the process the domain will be registered shortly". Does that mean they changed their mind and are giving it to me?

Yes, it sounds as if they have accepted your purchase. "Escalated" means they sent it up to higher management for a final decision" but "registered shortly" seems to mean that they expect it to be approved.
