SEO or search engine optimization is a vast task, to achieve a good Google ranking please do the following:

1. Do a proper keyword research, there are many keyword tools available online, best is by Google itself, find the keywords beneficial for your business like "BPO services" also find search volumes of your targeted keywords, finally select the best keywords.

2. Optimize your page on your selected keywords, use them in title tags, meta descriptions, h1,h2,h3 texts, body texts, make sure you maintain a proper keyword density.

3. Once on page optimization is completed go for off page like link building, link building is a very important and vast chapter of search engine optimization, do a good potential link building, also vary your link text, post your links in directories, forums, reply to blog, articles etc. Do not forget social medias like twitter, Facebook etc.
