I have a very big demotivation, drinking, mastrubating, and girl problem?

First of all, my life is in shambles i left the school i have been in but i still see my friends every week, i get bullied by my new school mates for my name. I am the fattest one in my group they all have lost weight and now have some of the leanest bodies. Second I over mastrubate (sometimes more than three times a day)because I can't get in touch with the girls (we are not the geek group in school we are among the coolest we hangout with boys and girls so its not a cockfest). Thirdly lately I have began to buy liquor illegally (i'm 16) because drinking on thursdays and fridays gives me the life I want (i dont feel anything i'm numb and feel that i love myself). Lastly I know my problem i'm so insecure because i'm over weight and I probably don't look as good as the guys i hangout with (p.s they all have girlfriends now i'm the only single one). I'm soooo demotivated to do anything I have been an B+ student all my school life and i used to study now i arrive home and open porn or stalk facebook friends, mastrubate, eat excessively for no reason i know i dont need all that food i eat, and then wait for the weekend to see my friends and drink. I want a reason to move my ass go to the gym and lose over 20 kg of fat and be a normal non-chronic mastrubator. i want my life back i am not the drunk, loser, fat, mastrubator kid i was a good person i am stuck and cant get back to be normal.

i dont want anyone to tell me that what i do is wrong, i want you to motivate me to work my ass off its been 2 sickening years for me.
