Someone I follow on twitter tweeted
"I can't wait to get my life back toegther"
what does this mean? and isn't that kinda stupid to tweet? Lol ._.

It means exactly what it says. And yes it is a stupid thing to tweet, but people will do anything for sympathy and compliments.
