What issue are you having with downloading it? The download won't start or is it that it just doesn't load right? Might also depend on where you're downloading it from. Try http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html

what programs do you have because it might be conflicting google chrome and try downloading it from here I normaly use file hippo but if file hippo does not work download it from these
