Why doesn't my "account settings" option appear on my Facebook Page ?

I just created a new music page and want to add a "subscribe" button. To do this you just go to "home", click "account settings" but... it's not there on my page. There is not "account settings". It's on my personal profile but not this new page. SO ANNOYING and weird. No help from FB. Can anyone help me figure this out and/or suggest another (easy?) way to get that subscribe button? Thanks
