My internal phone storage is full?

I have the samsung proclaim through straight talk and everytime i try to download an app or update an app it says failed to download internal phone storeage full. all my music apps photos ect are saved to my sd so i dont see what the problem is. i have reset my phone erasing everything and just downloading fb and instagram and the problem still arises. someone help.

Your SD card may be full. Most Straight Talk phones only come with a 2GB SD card. I recommend going out and buying a bigger one. This should help the problem.
