Just go to Tools > Options > Under the Hood > Content Settings > Cookies and select Clear cookies and other site data when I close my browser.

or yeah, Use the Incognito Browser.

Why don't you use incognito windows?
-Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however.
A shortcut to an incognito window: Ctrl+Shift+N
Hope this helps!

1. ...delete history once i close it?

I recommend to install Click&Clean extension
(automatically clear your browsing history, cookie, flash LSOs, cache, etc on closing Chrome)

It's the best cleaning tool for Chrome, I use it every day.

2. About Incognito mode

Quote:
"Google Chrome Help > Incognito mode (private browsing):
Browsing in incognito mode only keeps Google Chrome from storing information about the websites you've visited. The websites you visit may still have records of your visit. Any files saved to your computer will still remain on your computer."
