Any good qwerty phone within INR 6500?
I recently broke my phone and I'm looking for a replacement. It should be sturdy, because I drop my phone a lot and it should have qwerty (lol, title). Touch and type, nope. I hate touch and type phones. And oh yeah, it should have whatsapp and basic messaging. A 3.5 mm jack would be appreciated. I don't really know that much about what phones are on the market nowadays, so calling all techies! Smile

by the way, I don't care how old the phone is as long as it fits my requirements and is readily available.

I would prefer to stick with the usual colours- black and white. I don't care what the software is, as long as I have whatsapp and an html browser for accessing basic facebook. I would prefer wifi but not burst into tears if I don't have it (but yes, I would love to have wifi on my phone too). I don't mind the resolution but I would prefer it to be on the average or above average side. I didn't mind my old blackberry 8520's screen, so that should give you an idea.

best answer - ten points Wink

Within 6500 INR,nokia asha 302 is the best for u.it meets all ur requirements.if has a 2.4" tft screen,3.2 mp cam, wifi b/g/n protocall and has 3g with hsdpa speed of 14.4 mbps that u most find with a bit highend phones.it's incredibly light in hand(i've used it-my uncle has it),luks nice and has gud build quality.
This device does support whatsapp but there r some Indian carriers for which whatspp is not supported.u might wanna check whatsapp's site to see which carriers r supported.
