how do i make my girlfriend feel beautiful?

My girlfriend feels ugly but she really isn't, she always used to be really self confident but recently she has been depressed about her looks, for no apparent reason. Is has got to the point where she said i should love someone else because she's not worth it, and i have no idea how to make things better, i call her beautiful, gorgeous and everything like that and so do others but she just wont accept them, she used to get bullied at school and i think this has something to do with it. Please help.

2) call her beautiful and compare her beauty to something, like if you see a rose, "aww that rose is almost as beautiful as you..."
3) make her feel special, by her random little meaningful things with a cute self boosting note on it

Idk you call her gorgeous all the time but if she doesnt believe it after 100 times it loses its meaning. Maybe list all her good features (long list) and tell her you cannot see any flaws. Look I don't know if you noticed, but girls love words. All you have to do is tell her that she's the most beautiful girl in the world, on a daily basis. And do it truly sincerely. She shouldn't have a low self esteem, because she has you. Treat her like a goddess.

i'd pick features of hers, if you pick out tiny features and make her feel good about them she'll start to look at those features herself and notice things about her that are good rather than what she may think are ugly.
like
- her eyes
- her hair
You can't just tell her something over and over because sooner or later it'll lose it's meaning and just be a word that is spoken but has no effect.
When you say she is gorgeous you need to make her feel she is gorgeous.
