Why people don't use services that I offer?
Hello, i have a website that i develop from around 3-4 months now. I'm trying to create a catalog (magazine) which will contain articles from my website customers. Articles about their business, website or artwork. They can submit long and nice article about their work also pictures, links to their website and everything else that will help them to develop their business. Every customer will receive 2 pages from the catalog to use for their article and im trying to create a unique design for every post. But i don`t know why but no one submit i have one customer so far, normally I want a small fee of 10 dollars, but even when I offer free publication again there is no willing. My website traffic is not "high" but i have some good days with 100-150 views per-day.
So can someone take a look at the website and tell me what is wrong with it? Here you can see the page http://i-legal.net give me some advice please. Any feedback is welcome! Thank you.

The going rate for paid advertising space would require you to deliver 1000 to 10,000 unique views of an advert for $10, you can't just create a new site that is getting essentially no traffic and expect to be able to charge for advertising. If it were that simple some people would use automated means to create 1000 new sites a day.
Big successes like Facebook and Youtube lived off investor money for years while the brand was being developed, you would have to offer free service in order to get the site populated with content and if it ever became popular, you could start charging some fee, some months or more down the road.
There are countless free article publishing sites, Ezinearticles.com being the best known, it is setup as a source for 'reprint' articles webmasters can copy to their site, these users are required to retain the author credits and link which is the payoff for the author, the article site profits from ads appearing on their pages.
