About VK.com and other website?

I think there are some problem with my browser (firefox & chrome) or my laptop.
Everytime i want to open a website like pinarello, ridley, etc it won't open.
And when i want to download video or music from VK, i can't download it.

Any idea how to solve those problem?

There could problem with your Internet Connection since you tried alternative problem this could be one thing that your system is fine.
