Is there a way so that pages are included in that?
Please answer ASAP  Thanks for that answer however that isn't what I meant. I mean for example if I made another account and I looked at my page it would say 28 likes that is only PEOPLE who like my page where there are loads of other pages who like my page! Thank you Daniel, however my query isn't mentioned at all in the Help Center.

to see other pages who like your page you have to swap your profile from you to your page...

that Most Likely is a Error on Facebooks End Report it to Facebook at the Help Center

It doesn't on any page sorry. For example check my pages likes https://www.facebook.com/pages/ONE-Direc...0916213170 see...it's exactly the same!

You can see only 4 to 5 peoples whos liked your page because its Facebook scripting you can not see the full list till you creat a page or voting poll area if you added a post then you just can see few friends.
