why arent the links underlined when i search the web on google?

I recently searched some stuff on the web on google and the links used to be underlined but now there not, I don't know why. any ideas as to why this happened? I want my links to be underlined!!

Hi,

For chrome:
Go to History>Clear browsing data
Then for "Obliterate the following items from" select the beginning of time.
Then, only check Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cashed images and files. (Make sure to uncheck everything else).
Click on Clear browsing data

Close all open Chrome windows and open a new browsing window.
