Google Chrome wont let me install it onto my computer?

Google Chrome has been acting up recently so I thought it might have been out of date, I uninstalled it from my computer and went to go redownload it, however when I went to to download it, it wont let me download the installer, ChromeSetup.exe. It asks me if I want to run or save, and even if I click run or save it tells me the same damn message, "ChromeSetup.exe couldn't be downloaded.". Can anyone help I really want Google Chrome back. Thanks
