If you can't do that for some reason, del eat all apps on you phone like, "Instragram" or, "Facebook".

The social media wants you to react to give them publicity the more ridiculous it gets the more ratings they will receive so stop this never ending loop and stop giving them what they want. Don't give them attention for all the stupid things they do.
