Please help, Internet problem?

So I woke up this morning to find that the wi-fi on my phone was connected, but was unable to connect to online servers. I got up to see if the wired connection on my comp. was working, an the little Internet connection icon is constantly trying to connect, but failing each time. Right now Im on 4G and trying to find out what the problem is. I'm wondering if any of you know what the problem might be. I already emailed my ISP but I want to know your thoughts on what the problem might be. I've already reset my modem, and tried renewing my ip. Didnt work. Thoughts?
