suitable quran app on android for my needs?

Salam brothers and sisters,
I have an android device for which I would like to find a suitable quran app. Specifically I'm searching for an app that has usmani or urdu script, recitation (audio) and an english translation.

Most importantly, I'm looking for an app that won't need internet connection once I've downloaded and installed the app. I need to be able to use the app offline, so I don't want an app that streams the audio recitation.

Please bear in mind that cost is no issue.

Also are there any apps that have the quran in transliteral english? ie instead of usmani/urdu script, it would begin, 'Bismillah'.
