Method- its the procedural aspect of doing any task or job in hand. It's mostly process centric and is a short term phenomena.

Strategy- is a word derived from latin word "stratagem" used in case of air force to formulate a path to accomplish a particular goal in hand. It'a mainly a goal specific and spans for a particular time period. It may change as per contingencies.

Technique- Is a word derived from greek word meaning a short term approach to get thye result of an ongoing endeavour.

Method to me is constant , fixed set of activities (like a rule)

Strategies are also set of activities but can be changed as the process goes on.

Technique is a cousin of the strategy. Technique has forms and paths.
