youtube and everything else I cant see its just a blank green screen

Blank Green Screen.

Look , Do the Following :
-Install a New Browser (Google Chrome , Mozilla Firefox, Opera ...)
-Go to Control Panel , and Uninstall "Adobe Flash Player"
-Run the Browser
-Navigate to youtube
-Open any Video, It will ask you For the Missed Plugin , Install it.
-close the Browser , Re-open it , Go to the video.
