Can someone make my website banned by google?

Now someone threaten me he will get Google to banned my website. Can he do it?

Depends. If you're doing blackhat seo, you could very well be reported to google and you could be banned. It's happened to lots of folks who try to game the system. If you're doing nothing wrong, then don't worry about it.
