we are currently on Easter break

Should I add her on Facebook

I've spoken to her lots before, face to face, so it's not as if she doesn't know me, or I'm hiding behind a screen

But what should I say after she accepts me!!

Yes add her. Why not? It is for friends and it sounds like that's what you are. Don't say thanks for accepting! Just start straight off with whatever you usually say to her. ' How you doing' or whatever. Just keep it casual
