My iPod doesnt have internet connection :(?

I came back home from Japan two days ago and my iPod touch five won't work properly; it says it has a good internet connection but it doesn't i cant use the internet AND the app store... (and all the other apps that need internet connection)
My mom's iPhone (4) doesn't even work it says 'no service' and it can't make a call...
Do you know how to fix this??

Make sure that you have an internet connection at home by trying other internet devices that are connected to the same network (Laptop, Computer, another ipod or iPhone, etc.. )

If there is no connection anywhere then the problem isn't in your iPod but from the Home Internet Connection. In that case, contact your internet service provider.

If other devices have access to the internet but your iPod then in this case follow these steps:

1. Go to settings
2. Go to General
3. Go to Reset
4. Click on Restore Network Settings

5. Wait the iPod to reboot and Voila!
