facebook data download not downloading entire chat messages?

When I open my HTML for messages I can read most of the conversations but then it just cuts them off and say "We were unable to download the remainder of this conversation" Why? how else can I get my conversations?
But it downloaded conversations larger than that one completely. So I can't ever get the rest of the conversation? ?
