How do i open the ask box on tumblr? so people can ask me stuff.?

i need to open the ask box on tumblr, but i don't know how. i had a tumblr account a few years ago but its different now so i dont know where it is

If it's a second blog linked to your first one, then it won't come with the option of having an ask.
But if it's your main blog then you'll have to go to Customize on the right side of the dashboard page, then your blog opens up with a sidebar to the left. Scroll down until you see something that says "Ask Title" or your might have something that gives you an option to have an ask, which could be turned off.

Go to your settings, click your blog name/tab, then scroll down a little bit, you should see an "Enable ask" option.
