i have an Ebay problem!?

my mom recently bought me an ipod touch 4th generation for my birthday. only, its not an ipod 4, its an iphone 4. i dont think my mom looked at the picture. So technically the person who sold it to my mom wrote that its an ipod touch 4th generation but the picture clearly shows an iphone 4. what do i do?

7 years ago my brother shot and killed a man.

He showed up at my doorstep covered in blood and I turned him into the police force. He was put to death 7 years ago to this day. On cold and dark nights I can still hear his screamst- the same screams he let out when he was in the electric chair. Sometimes I can hear his footsteps outside of my bedroom door when I'm trying to sleep- but then I realize its my dads footsteps- and then I remember the times when my dad would beat me savagely after a night out at the bars.
