Can I trust Aliexpress?

I want to buy a Toronto Maple Leafs Phil Kessel winter classic jersey. I want to no if this site is safe to order from because I have read mixed reviews. I no everything is a knockoff but for the price you can't go wrong. What should I be looking at before placing my order. My gut says this is a site you can't trust. Hope I am wrong, If you people could reply that would be great because I don't no if I should order from this site.

while going through reviews for several points that were made clear
1. terrible customer service
2. pretty much everything is cheap
3. almost everyone reports getting the wrong order and then not being able to get a refund or even contact the seller
4. no buyer protection

so personally all i can say is buy at your own risk
