My internet connection disconnect automatically?

WHENEVER THIS QUOTE " The exception unknow software exception (0xc0000409) occured in the application at location 0x5b86a510" MY INTERNET CONNECTION DISCONNECTED AUTOMATICALLY . I COULD NOT EVEN DISCONNECT MY INTERNET CONNECTION. I WILL HAVE TO SHUT DOWN AND RESTART MY PROGRAM. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR ADVISE ME HOW TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU.

The program that does the internet connection IF you are using Windows 98.

I would make sure that not every program is loaded on the system memory. Go to Run and type Msconfig and press Enter. Go to Startup and uncheck all the program that is in the list. Too much program can make other program terminate prematurely without warning.

If you are not using Windows 98 but XP then you shouldn't use the program but Windows XP given WAN protocul.
