i tried everything and i look in junk mail, spam everywhere please helpSad

you're probably looking at the wrong email account? did you get hacked? maybe if you got hacked the hacker changed the email? theres not much you can do tbh, either contact instagram if thats like possible or just make a new account. Follow me? tasmiaaa_
