Do you have to be connected to the internet to unistall a program?

No. That's a process done "locally" -- just on the machine.
Downloading, installing and registering software needs a connection.
Taking it away is just deleting the software.

No! just go to control panel - uninstall a progam - uninstall req. prog.

Nope not at all. U just go to the file location and look for an app that is named uninstall or anything close to that and u done , no internet connection needed
