how do i create a skype account?

I need help and its urgent

I need to make a Skype account and I am trying it but its not happening so can someone please help me...
Can i not do it without installing it in my computer....???

So, just in case you have Down's Syndrome, or you are blind and cant see where to go on the internet:

1.) Go to skype.com
2.) Download Skype
3.) Install Skype
4.) Upon installation you will be asked to create an account
5.) Complete Installation & log in
6.) Make a call

I made a skype account some time ago... a friend of mine on deviantart showed me. You should easly login with a windows account. If you're going to use yahoo, like I try to do, I don't know, I can't remember how I did it, but I think you can make an account with yahoo.
