how can i make it so selected ppl NOT see my page. without having to block them

add them to your restricted list

You can go in and select settings then go to privacy settings and there is a gear looking symbol click that for customize then go to the bottom of the box that appears and put what people you don't want to see what you have then once your done to make sure its the way you want it too click on your name to view your profile and there is another button under your cover page click it and then select "view as" and above the cover page has a box type in the name of the person and you can see how they view your page

There are ways to do this, just go to your privacy settings and it will walk you through blocking select people from certain things on your page without them even knowing or being notified. Like my page to get a laugh in your newsfeed everyday!
