My Explorer being infected?

I don't why but my Antivirus detect explorer.exe as virus when my Antivirus attempt to repair, It won't repair. When I scan using my Antivirus there to many active malware like Explorer.EXE and others Detect as W32/Virut.Gen and TR/Patched.Gen. I can't use my google chrome and others program and I can't do any system restore.
