Can I tip the police on a party with underage drinking/drug consumption?
A bunch of people were posting on twitter pictures of a party and they were drinking beer, vodka, etc. and smoking marijuana. None of them are of the legal drinking age, I don't personally know them but I'm part of SADD so I think I should do it. Can I do this?
