Ifunny won't let me make another account ?
I got banned on Ifunny ( Too_offensive_for_you ) and it won't let me make another account and they didn't answer my email either so how can I make another account?

You clearly don't understand the word "banned." They don't want you. And since it's privately owned, there is no recourse.
