It's a web browser, like Internet Explorer or Firefox. It loads fast but in my opinion dont like the look of it too much.

Google Chrome is a web-browser, like it's been said, but it is sleek and takes up the least amount of memory usage while running to enhance performance. I like it a lot better than Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, etc.

But I suppose it's all about preference. I do reccomend trying it out, though.
