Is this type of thing allowed or is it illegal?
So I've been in a faithful relationship with a guy for a year. I am turning 16 and he is turning 18. We have gone to second base multiple times, but decided to wait for third until we had been going together a year and wait until I'm 18 to have any kind of intercourse. Now that his birthday is coming up, I thought it would be a nice present to give him a taste at third base, or try, since neither of us have gone through that. I've consulted with my best friend, the guy who set us up, about it and he said I shouldn't because it would be illegal. Now my question is, would it be illegal, since we've been together a year and it's still only a two year difference? Would I have to wait until I'm 18 in order to start third base legal?

Just because it is legal doesn't mean it's smart. Think about what you will do when you end up pregnant and he dumps you.

You'll need to check "Age of Consent" laws in your State. But what does "legal" have to do with it? Are you planning on putting it in the newspaper or on your FB wall? It is no one's business what you guys do and if you are discrete and private about it, no one will know, anyway. When in private, it is the content of your characters that counts.

Great idea. Tease him. See how long he stays faithful.
