internet monitoring what do i do!!!!?

ok i live in a college apartment complex. i really wanted to see frozen and gravity so i torrented a buncha movies. anyways today the complex sends out a mass email that basically says "p2p is not allowed, if you are found doing this you will be evicted and we'll tell the fbi" then to make matter worse, they listed a few things that were downloaded recently and the movies i had downloaded were there!!!!

so im freaked out. how do they know what im downloading?? do they know exactly whos doing it? is there anything i can do!!! HELP

So dont do it again. The warning should be taken seriously. Of course they know who's doing it.

If you are using public internet, (a connection not billed to YOU,) then they can see the records.

They can also see that you posted this, which is just more proof on there side.
